We are currently open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to 21:00. At this present time we are not open on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Sundays. However, if you wish to book multiple games on a day we are not open, please get send us an email and we will see how we can help.

We have enough parking to accommodate up to eight cars. When arriving at the site, please park in any of the eight bays numbered 6 or 7. These parking spaces are on private land and are free for you to use during your time at ClueCrypted.

We have designed our room and clue system to make the game enjoyable for players aged 15 and over. We are happy for younger players to play but do ask that anyone aged 16 or younger is supervised by a responsible adult

We suggest that comfortable clothes and shoes are worn during your escape room experience. Whilst you don’t need to dress the same as if you’re going to the gym, you may be required to move around the room quickly.

We do not have an alcohol licence and are unable to offer or allow you to drink alcohol during your time at ClueCrypted. We recommend that you do not drink alcohol before playing our games as your escape requires clear thought and problem solving. Players who are overly intoxicated will be refused entry and will not be able to participate in their pre-booked game.

Whilst we may be able to accommodate your group, we strongly suggest that you book online before arriving at our site.

In order to provide a timely experience to all our groups, we request that you arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled session to ensure a prompt start.

Once the booking has been made and the payment has been processed we are not able to offer refunds to players who have dropped out. All bookings are final and no refunds will be offered.

If adding additional people to your game would still keep you within the six person limit, we are happy for you to bring along additional players. Please note that any additional person not booked as part of the original booking will need to pay on site in cash before the start of the game. Additional players will be charged the individual player rate for the new size of the team.

Our escape game is a multi room experience. Each room is suitable for up to six players. We feel that the optimum number of players to take part in one of our games is four, but we are able to accommodate larger groups of up to six.

Each game is scheduled to last for approximately 60 minutes. The actual length your game will last will be dependant on how long it takes your team to escape. If time permits and it looks like your group needs slightly longer than 60 minutes to complete the room, we are happy to let you play on.

Please be aware that we will not allow any member of your group to photograph or film any part of the escape room. We hope you appreciate that we like all our guests to enjoy the surprises we’ve included throughout the escape room experience and that any photos you take may be seen by your friends or others who may be intending to play a game at ClueCrypted. We will happily take a photo of your group at the end of your game which you are welcome to upload and share.

You will experience the illusion of being locked but we have included safety mechanisms throughout the entire game to ensure that you are able to safely and quickly exit the room in the event of an emergency.

The smallest room you will have to enter is approximately 2.7 x 1.9 meters. If you are claustrophobic or have any other fears we are happy to show you around the escape room before your undertake the game. We want you to enjoy the experience and are happy to accommodate your specific needs where possible.

Whilst nothing in any of the rooms has been designed to intentionally scare any of our players, we understand that some people may find elements of the game distressing. If you have fears which may prevent you from participating please get in touch and we will happily talk though the different elements of each room in advance of your game.

ClueCrypted can accommodate between two and six people per game. We feel that the optimum number of players for our game is four but are able to accommodate up to six. If your team consists of more than six players, you will be required to split into more than one group and book multiple sessions.
